At Medusa Essentials, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your new jewelry doesn’t fit or you’ve had a change of heart, we’re here to help. Below, you’ll find the details of our return policy.
Holiday Extended Return Policy
From December 1st to January 6th, we’re offering an extended return period for your convenience.
Standard Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your items. Replacement products for lost parcels are not included in this policy.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, resellable condition, with packaging and labels intact. Products showing signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the original shipping address.
- Packaging: Ensure your return is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- We will refund the item price to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and appear in your bank account.
- Do not dispose of the product; it must be returned for any complaint or refund requests.
Exceptions
- Earrings: For hygienic reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item

- Ship the item back within 14 days of contacting us.

Refunds

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you’re welcome to return your product and place a new order for the desired size, color, or style.
