At Medusa Essentials, we ship all orders using PostNord to ensure reliable delivery to our customers. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping process and available methods.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days.
  • If there are unexpected delays beyond this time frame and we have not notified you, please reach out to us at medusaessentials@gmail.com.

Order Tracking

  • Please double-check that your email address and phone number are correct when placing your order.
  • Once your purchase has shipped, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking number. You’ll also be notified when your parcel is delivered.
  • Please ensure you include your apartment number if you reside in an apartment.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options through PostNord:

  1. PostNord Brevlåda (Brev)

    • This is a standard shipping method and is not insured.
    • Please note: If the package is lost or delivered to the wrong address, we cannot file a complaint with PostNord or offer compensation.
  2. PostNord Ombud (Rek)

    • This shipping method includes insurance.
    • If the package is lost or misdelivered, we will assist you in filing a complaint with PostNord on your behalf.
