Shipping Policy

• We ship all of our parcels with Postnord.

• Currently, all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days.

• Should delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at medusaessentials@gmail.com

• Make sure to put in the correct email-adress and phonenumber when ordering. You will get a notification with a trackingnumber to these when your purchase has been shipped out as well as when it has been delivered. 
  
  

Different shipping methods:

Postnord Brevlåda (Brev): This shipping method is not insured by Postnord, and we will not be able to file a complaint if the package is lost or delivered typ the wrong adress.

Postnord Ombud (Rek): This shipping method is insured, and we can file a complaint on your behalf if the package is lost.
